kak44 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and play on the platform. Providing a false age at registration will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
kak44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested when processing withdrawals or in cases of unusual activity:
- A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., mobile banking screenshots).
If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on kak44 is ৳300. Deposits can be made via the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
- Each withdrawal request is subject to review.
- Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily delayed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at kak44 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is just 10x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Another example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus (capped), giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
5.2 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
- While a bonus is active, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
- If a specific game is declared ineligible for a bonus's wagering requirement, bets placed on that game will not count toward wagering progress.
- Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to other users.
- kak44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
The kak44 VIP program has four tiers. Users at each tier receive weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued active participation.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Each game or sporting event displayed on kak44 is subject to its own rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. kak44 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the associated bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded.
- If an internet connection is lost during live betting, any bets that have already been confirmed will remain valid.
- If suspicious activity is detected in any market, all bets in that market may be placed under review.
6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud
kak44 strictly prohibits match fixing, the use of software bots, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, and any other form of fraudulent activity. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the entire balance will be forfeited.
User Code of Conduct
7.1 Permitted Use
kak44 may only be used for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform through automated bots or scripts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or steal their information.
- Conducting any form of cyberattack against the platform.
- Using kak44's logo, trademarks, or content without permission.

kak44 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
